Terms of Service

1. The Service

AI360 Generator creates 360° panorama images with AI from the descriptions you write, using credits. It also offers free tools that run in your browser: a panorama viewer, a map-to-globe converter and cubemap converters. Current features, credit costs and prices are shown on the Pricing page.

2. Your account

• You need an email address you control, or a Google account, to sign in.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
• An account is for one person.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.

3. Credits

• Each generation uses credits; the number depends on the resolution and is shown before you generate. If a generation fails or is refused, its credits are returned automatically.
• New accounts receive free signup credits. To prevent abuse, only a limited number of accounts from the same network can receive them, and we may withhold them where we see abuse.
• Credits from one-time packs don't expire while your account exists.
• Subscription credits are added at the start of each billing period and are used before pack credits. Unused subscription credits don't carry over: they end with the billing period.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and are forfeited when your account is deleted.

4. Plans and payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance every month or year and renew automatically until you cancel. Yearly plans add the whole year's credits at the start of each year.
• A plan can't be changed in the middle of a billing period. To switch, cancel your current plan and subscribe to the new one.
• Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may be added depending on where you live. Payments are processed by Stripe; depending on your location, Stripe may act as the reseller and merchant of record for your purchase, in which case Stripe's terms also apply.
• If we change the price of a subscription, we'll tell you before your next renewal, and the new price applies from that renewal.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Account page (Manage billing). Your plan and its credits stay available until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial subscription periods and unused credits, except where a refund is required by law.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we'll look into it.
• If a payment is refunded or disputed, the credits it added are removed from your balance, even if this makes the balance negative.

6. Your prompts and generated images

• You keep all rights to the prompts you write. As between you and us, you own the images you generate, to the extent the law allows. In some countries, images created by AI may not be protected by copyright.
• Images generated with paid credits, from a subscription or a pack, may be used for personal and commercial purposes, such as virtual tours, games, VR, real estate listings and client work.
• Images generated with free signup credits are for personal, non-commercial use.
• You give us a limited permission to store and process your prompts and images only to provide the Service to you, including passing them to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
• AI can produce similar images for different people, so we can't promise that your images are unique.

7. Acceptable use

When you use the Service, you agree not to:

• create unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, sexual or intimate images of real people, or content that harasses, threatens or promotes hatred against people;
• upload photos you don't have the right to use, or photos of people without their permission;
• create images that infringe other people's rights, or that use a real person's likeness or a brand to deceive;
• present generated images as real photographs where that would mislead people, for example in property listings or news;
• disrupt or overload the Service, access it by automated means other than through the website, or try to get around its limits (for example by creating several accounts to get more free credits);
• reverse engineer the Service or resell access to it.

Our AI provider's safety systems may refuse some prompts. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Quality of results

Images are produced automatically and may not match your description, and may contain visible seams, distortions or other defects. Check an image before relying on it.

9. Availability and changes

The Service, including the free tools, is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical. If we close your account because you broke these terms, remaining credits are forfeited and you won't receive a refund.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract under the law where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top; for significant changes, we'll let you know by email or with a notice on the site before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
