Frequently asked questions
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing period. Credits from one-time packs never expire, and your subscription credits are always used first.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and you keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I use the panoramas commercially?
Yes. Everything generated with paid credits — from a subscription or a pack — comes with a commercial license. Free signup credits are for personal use.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits are only kept for successful generations. If something goes wrong, they go straight back to your balance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
