Posted a panorama and got a flat, stretched strip? Add the 360° tags here and Facebook, Google Photos and other apps will show it as a panorama you can look around.

How it works

  1. 01

    Add your panorama

A 2:1 equirectangular image: from a 360° camera, a stitching app or our AI generator. PNG and WebP are converted to JPG.

  2. 02

    Add the 360° tags

We write the standard GPano tags (projection: equirectangular) into the file. The picture itself isn't re-compressed.

  3. 03

    Post it

Upload the new file to Facebook or Google Photos like any photo. It appears with a 360° icon and can be dragged around.

Frequently asked questions

Why does Facebook show my panorama as a flat image?

Facebook only shows a photo in 360° when the file contains 360° metadata. Many editors, AI tools and export steps remove it or never add it. Adding the tags here fixes that.

Is my photo uploaded?

No. The file is read and changed on your device; nothing is sent to a server.

Does it change image quality?

No. For JPGs only the metadata block changes; the compressed picture is copied byte for byte.

Do I need this for Unity, Unreal or Blender?

No. Game engines and 3D apps ignore these tags. They're for photo apps and social networks.
